Sundance Associates is a consulting firm offering Facilities Planning, Demographic Analysis, Redistricting, Community Relations and Participation Programs, and Grant Writing to public school systems throughout New Jersey.
The consultancy was initiated in 1997 by George B. Sundell, RA following 25 years of practice with several of the Delaware Valley’s leading architects and engineers for whom he specialized in large scope planning projects, particularly for educational clients.

Sundance Associates and staff have completed planning, facilities or enrollment studies in over 100 NJ public school systems in 13 of the counties.
Enrollment studies have included 11 regional districts with from three to as many as five contributing elementary districts.
Detailed studies, focusing on the impact on enrollment of accelerated residential construction, have also been completed for New Jersey districts and accepted at the NJ DOE.
Redistricting studies using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping in concert with Cohort Survival projections to accuratly count current and future students within redrawn boundaries at grade levels and schools.
